PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OECPTA IS NOT ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING FOR SALE: CAR SEATS, STUFFED ANIMALS, UNDERWEAR, DIAPER GENIES/PAILS OR BEDROOM FURNITURE.

It is the responsibility of the SELLER to insure no toy being sold is currently on any recall list. To check the recall list go to: www.recalls.gov

Non-OECPTA members: $21.00 registration fee (cost includes 100 tags)

Postage cost for tags: to be withheld from your proceeds

Plus 10% (OECPTA members who volunteer on Saturday), 14% (OECPTA members), or 17% (non-members) of profits

How: Upon registration you will receive colored tags and a personal code. Please write this code on each tag as this is how we track the sales. Price your items on both sides of the tags provided by the OECPTA. The first 100 tags will be given to you with your registration cost. An additional 100 tags can be purchased for an additional fee (see registration form.)

USE OECPTA PROVIDED TAGS ONLY. You will not receive credit for tags that are photocopied or homemade.

Attach tags using SAFETY PINS ONLY for clothing items and CLEAR MAILING TAPE on non-clothing items. Place pins or tape to the left of the perforation on the tag. Please attach tags VERY securely as they can easily come off! Any items found without tags will be sold at the discretion of the OECPTA with all proceeds belonging to the OECPTA.

BAG OR BOX YOUR CLOTHING ITEMS BY SIZE AND GENDER.

Each bag or box must include only one size and gender. Do not size as “small, medium,or large”.

Bring all items to the front doors of the Middle School on Friday at your assigned time slot. OECPTA volunteers will unload your items. Please allow for a 5-15 minute wait. Please stay in your car as the line moves quickly.

OECPTA will set up and sell your items. You can pick up your unsold items on Saturday between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm. Any items left at 1:30 pm will be included in the bag sale and/or donated to charity. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you plan to pick up your unsold items you must check in and out with the member with the clipboard at the front door.

Helpful Hints:
• Combine small items and price them as one. For example, place several smaller books or t-shirts together in a ziplock bag and price them as one unit. Seal the bag with tape so that items are not lost.
• Safety pin sets together and mark the tag with the number of items
• Newborn, 0-3M and 3-6M clothing historically don’t sell well. While we still accept these sizes, please be aware.

Early Bird: The early bird sale will be open to the public at 8:00 am for $5.00.  All sellers will receive 1 ticket for free admission to the early bird sale with their registration. You MUST have your ticket with you to receive free admission to the sale on Saturday.

Bag Sale: Any items that remain unsold at 1:30 pm will be included in the bag sale. Shoppers will buy bags at the cost of $3.00 per bag. Large items will be sold at half price. Only OECPTA supplied bags will be allowed.

Payment: Sellers will receive a check for 90% (OECPTA members who volunteer Saturday) 86% (OECPTA who do not volunteer Saturday) or 83% (non-members) of their total sales as soon as feasible after the Bargain Bonanza sale. Keep in mind we have to compile the tags for all sellers and then verify the totals before checks can be cut. If you do not receive a check by mid-April, it is the seller’s responsibility to contact Michelle Saluja.
